Run to the Beat is the brand new London Half Marathon on Sunday 5th October 2008 at the O2.
Many of us listen to music when we are running and this unique event has live music playing from stations around the 13 mile course in Greenwich to keep you motivated.
The music that will be played will be scientifically selected to match the physiological and psychological demands of a half marathon. As well as keeping runners motivated your supporters will have an opportunity of a fantastic day out too!
